Terms of Service

Last updated: November 6, 2026

These terms explain the rules for using OneHarness, including how plans, payments and your designs work. Please read them before you use the app.

1. Who we are

OneHarness ("OneHarness", "we", "us") is a wire harness design application operated by Gabriel Ramirez Villegas, an individual. You can reach us at support@getoneharness.com.

2. Using OneHarness

You may use OneHarness for your own work or your employer's work. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company. You must be at least 18 years old.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OneHarness within the limits of your plan while these terms are in effect.

3. Plans and limits

OneHarness offers a free plan and paid plans. Each plan has limits, such as the number of designs or connections per harness, shown on our pricing page. Features marked "coming soon" are planned, not promised, and may change or arrive later than expected.

4. Payments

Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment, issues your invoice and handles sales tax. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We may change our prices for future periods and will give you notice before a change affects you. Discounted founding prices are honored for the period stated in the offer.

5. Your designs and data

You own your designs. Drawings, wire lists, BOMs, parts libraries and anything else you create in OneHarness belong to you or your employer.

OneHarness currently saves your designs in your own web browser, on your computer. We do not receive or store them on our servers. This means you are responsible for keeping backups. Clearing your browser's data, switching browsers or computers, or using private browsing can delete your saved work. Use the export feature regularly to keep copies of your designs.

6. Engineering responsibility

OneHarness is a design aid. Drawings, formboards, wire lists, BOMs, lengths and design checks are produced from the information you enter and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every design before it is used to build, quote or ship a product, and for meeting the standards, specifications and safety requirements that apply to your product. Passing OneHarness design checks does not mean a design is correct or safe.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

8. Our intellectual property

OneHarness, its software, design and name belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond the license in section 2. If you send us suggestions or feature requests, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Changes and availability

We improve OneHarness continuously and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Disclaimer

OneHarness is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, production costs, scrap, rework, recalls or downtime, arising from your use of OneHarness. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for OneHarness in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using OneHarness and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 5, 6, 8, 10, 11 and 14 continue to apply after your use ends.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top and, where possible, tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use OneHarness after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
