OneHarness
2D wire harness design, in the browser

From bundle route to build sheet, without the five-figure CAD seat.

Draw bundles, drop splices and clips, and get a 1:1 formboard drawing, connector tables and a BOM your floor can build from. No installer, no Excel copy-paste.

Design checks

Catch the build errors before the harness hits the board

OneHarness checks the design as you work and flags what a technician would find the hard way: a wire end with no terminal, an empty cavity, two wires in one cavity, a bundle with no covering, twisted pairs of different gauges, a part without a part number.

Wire list and BOM

Every wire, terminal and millimeter of tape, counted for you

Draw the harness and the wire list fills in: from, to, terminal, color, gauge, type and cut length. The BOM rolls up connectors, terminals, seals and locks, splices and heat shrink, clips, shielded cable by length, wire by color and gauge, and covering lengths.

Clip section views

Show the technician exactly how each clip sits

Place a fir-tree clip on a bundle and add a section cut. OneHarness draws the section view on the sheet, labeled A-A, B-B, so orientation on the board is never a guess.

Built for the harness bench, not the whole electrical stack

OneHarness does one job: turn a harness layout into documents a technician can build from on the first try.

1:1 formboard drawings

Print at true scale on ARCH sheets, tiled across pages when needed, with the title block filled in.

Splices, clips and coverings

Ultrasonic splices with heat shrink, fir-tree clips from a library with automatic section views, convolute and overlap tape with an insulation legend.

Connector tables on the sheet

Pin, wire ID, color, gauge, terminal, plating and twist sit next to every connector.

Real part numbers

Housings, terminals, secondary locks and shielded cable carry supplier part numbers into the BOM.

Clean revision history

Create a version before each release and keep Rev A and Rev B straight.

Questions engineers ask first

Who owns my designs?

You do. Export your drawings and manufacturing data at any time, on any plan.

Can I print the formboard at full size?

Yes. Drawings export to PDF at 1:1 scale on standard ARCH sheet sizes, tiled across pages when needed.

How does billing work?

Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller, which handles cards, invoices and sales tax. Cancel from your account whenever you want.

Is a schematic editor coming?

Yes. A logical schematic editor for circuits, connections and wire data is in development and will be included in every plan. Pro adds sync: define a connection once in the schematic and it flows to the harness drawing, wire list and BOM, and changes stay in step both ways. Founding customers get early access to both.
